1. Product Introduction
The SM100-W series of HART intelligent converters are products developed using ARM microprocessors, specialized chips for modulation and demodulation of the HART protocol, and extensive practical experience. It is designed according to the requirements of industrial products and has high reliability and stability. The intelligent converter is equipped with a standard RS485 interface and Ethernet interface, which can transparently transmit data to intelligent instruments with the HART protocol or convert to MODBUS_ RTU or MODBU_ Protocol reads data to ensure real-time transmission of data.
The HART protocol uses the Bell202 Frequency Shift Keying (FSK) standard, which superimposes modulated digital signals on a 4-20mA basis, allowing the HART protocol instrument to allow bidirectional data communication without interfering with 4-20mA analog signals. The SM100-W series intelligent converter is an intelligent converter that performs bidirectional modulation and demodulation between digital signals and analog signals.

2. Product Features
● It is equipped with a standard RS485 communication interface, which can configure parameters, change communication Baud and Parity bit.

Equipped with dedicated configuration software, the SM100-W series intelligent converter can be configured with parameters, and through the intelligent converter, data communication can be carried out with the HART protocol intelligent instrument.
● Support standard MODBUS_ RTU and MODBUS_ TCP protocol.
Support the simultaneous connection of multiple intelligent instruments using the HART protocol.
Each channel of HART is isolated from each other and does not affect the instrument current output
Supporting various special HART protocol intelligent instruments and being able to customize and read commands from special HART instruments.
The data update time is 0.8 seconds for one device, and if 8 6.4S devices are connected, all data will be updated once.
