The traditional mixing process involves manually weighing the ingredients, putting them into the mixing unit, and manually transporting the mixed materials to the extruder. This production method is suitable for small factories with only a few lines, but for large PVC product production factories, this method has many drawbacks:
1. Manual ingredients are prone to errors. Weighing ingredients is a mechanical and repetitive action, and workers are prone to fatigue, resulting in the occurrence of incorrect materials. When an error occurs, either it is not discovered or the leader is afraid to report it, resulting in fluctuations in the product qualification rate.
2. High labor intensity and high labor costs.
3. Relevant chemical raw materials pose a threat to the health of operators.
To address these issues, our company has designed a system solution for computer automatic control of weighing, batching, and conveying.
