Product Description:
Structure of stainless steel mixing tank
The stainless steel mixing tank is composed of a mixing tank body, a mixing tank cover, a mixer, a support, a transmission device, a shaft seal device, etc. It can also be equipped with heating or cooling devices according to process requirements.
The stainless steel mixing tank body and mixing tank cover can be connected by flange sealing or welding. The mixing tank body and mixing tank cover can be equipped with process pipe holes for feeding, discharging, observation, temperature measurement, pressure measurement, steam fractionation, venting, etc. according to process requirements.
The upper part of the stainless steel mixing tank cover is equipped with a transmission device (motor or reducer), which drives the mixer inside the mixing tank through the transmission shaft.
The shaft seal device can adopt various forms such as mechanical seal, packing, labyrinth seal, etc. (determined according to user needs).
The mixer can be equipped with various forms such as slurry type, anchor type, frame type, spiral type, etc.
Heating or cooling device
Generally, the unit of use is determined based on whether the material is heated, dried, or cooled. Within the customized range, the temperature should be below 230 ℃ and the operating pressure should be below 0.1Mpa. The heating method can be determined according to the production conditions of the user unit. There are two heating methods: circulation of medium such as hot oil and direct electric heating. The circulation of medium such as hot oil refers to the transportation and circulation of heat transfer oil through a hot oil pump after being heated to a certain temperature in a separately configured heating tank; Direct heating refers to the installation of an electric heating tube directly on the jacket to heat the heat transfer oil to the desired temperature (the temperature can be adjusted according to the actual situation). Cooling cycle uses water to circulate inside and outside the jacket, ensuring that materials do not clump or stick at a certain temperature


Equipment installation and commissioning of stainless steel mixing tanks
1. Inspect the equipment for serious damage and deformation during transportation, as well as check whether the fasteners of the equipment are loose or not.
2. Install the equipment horizontally on a solid foundation using pre embedded anchor bolts.
3. Under the guidance of professionals, the correct installation of equipment, electrical control devices, and accessories should be carried out, and the pipelines should be checked for smoothness, the installed instruments should be correct, and there should be no signs of damage. Before starting the equipment, please check whether there are people or objects inside, outside, and around the equipment that affect its normal operation to avoid danger.
4. After installation, please conduct a trial run for a few seconds to confirm that there are no electrical short circuits or abnormal sounds before proceeding with a short trial run.
5. If the mixing tank is equipped with a mechanical seal, an appropriate amount of 10 # or sewing machine oil should be injected into the lubrication groove of the machine seal before the host starts, and cooling water should be introduced into the cooling chamber of the machine seal to ensure good lubrication and cooling of the machine seal. The machine seal is not adjusted when leaving the factory. After installation, adjust the machine seal to the optimal position according to the installation and operation manual before it can operate normally (according to user needs).
6. After the equipment is running normally, please check the bearing temperature, smoothness of operation, sealing, etc., as well as whether the instrument is normal. Only after confirming that it is normal can it be put into operation.


Maintenance and upkeep:
1. The mixer motor should be regularly checked for aging of the circuit and any loose terminals within a month of use. Attention should be paid to cleaning the ventilation hood to ensure smooth heat dissipation.
2. Regularly inspect the connection between the mixing paddle and the coupling for looseness. The wear size of the mixing paddle affects the mixing effect of the liquid,
3. Pay attention to moisture prevention in the distribution box to prevent leakage points, and clean the ash layer to prevent corrosion.
