Built-in EEPROM enhanced A/D microcontroller HT66F018
This microcontroller is a Flash type microcontroller with an 8-bit high-performance streamlined instruction set, which has a series of functions and characteristics. Its Flash memory can be programmed multiple times, providing great convenience for users. In terms of memory, it also includes a RAM data memory and a True EEPROM memory that can be used to store non volatile data such as serial numbers and calibration data.
In terms of simulation characteristics, the microcontroller includes a multi-channel 12 bit A/D converter and comparator function. It also comes with multiple flexible timer modules that can provide functions such as timing, pulse generation, and PWM generation. Internal protection features such as internal WDT, low voltage reset, and low voltage detection, coupled with excellent anti-interference and ESD protection performance, ensure the reliable operation of the microcontroller in harsh electromagnetic interference environments.
This microcontroller provides a wide range of HXT, LXT, HIRC, and LIRC oscillator function options, and has a built-in complete system oscillator without the need for external components.
