1、 Intelligent mechanical processing room:
(1) Utilize equipment to monetize creative designs into final products, and display the works in the Maker Space Maker Works Exhibition Area, attracting target groups to settle in the Maker Space.
(2) Assist intelligent hardware developers in rapid prototype design and processing of various parts.
(3) The equipment is open to mechanical enterprises, and if conditions permit, they can undertake processing business to support the design and production processes of the enterprise.
2、 Electronic Information Development Room:
(1) Complete the development of maker electronic modules, product testing, inspection, and calibration, industrial control product development and validation, and PC based virtual instrument development.
(2) Provide circuit design assistance and measurement instruments for communication creators, and complete the measurement and simulation of their experimental data.
(3) Provide equipment usage services for electronic information settled enterprises, save R&D and design costs, and provide support for enterprise development.
(4) Provide experiential development kits to attract electronic development enthusiasts to enter the maker space, regularly hold open course on kit development, identify target groups to become maker members, and organize them to participate in relevant intelligent robot design competitions after system training.
Maker Works Exhibition Area
The maker space will build a space that encourages students to practice creativity. Students will develop a strong interest in technology by watching, touching, feeling, and practicing various technologies within the space. And through the design of supporting facilities and the teaching of open-source hardware courses, students are encouraged to engage in basic technology cooperation projects, and various activities are organized to stimulate students to spontaneously propose and practice independently created projects.
Maker Space "comes from Make Magazine and is English for HackerSpace. It is a physical (relative to online virtual) space where people share the same interests, usually in science, technology, digital or electronic, and art, where people gather, engage in activities, and collaborate.
Maker spaces can be seen as open communication laboratories, studios, and machining rooms where people have different experiences and skills, and can gather to share information and knowledge in order to create/create what they want.
From the perspective of development trends, the maker space will inevitably become a place for scientific and technological activities to be carried out and exchanged, as well as a place for technology accumulation. It will also become a place for creativity to be generated, realized, and traded, thus becoming a hub for creativity.
