Mooring Ball buoy
Our spherical buoys product range have a broad range of sizes and depths. The buoys consist of a unit, and are adapted for use where the need for buoyancy is limited.
The sizes up to and including Ø 1000 have a 40mm hole through the buoy for a rope or wire. Pad eyes can be delivered as optional equipment. The holes are also excellent for manual handling. The buoys are single-piece devices, and suitable for operations and needs where buoyancy requirement are modest.
Application
CASE: Warning and Marking
The main body is usually composed of a cylindrical buoy or a floating ball, connected by a main rope cable.
In order to achieve better warning effect, Warning Floating Line often insert marker buoys with warning lights or add luminous bands to the main buoys, which makes the Warning Floating Line boundary clearer and provides a clearer view.

Impact resistance: The outer casing is made of rotomolded plastic material, and the inner polyurethane foams and is resistant to impact.

Corrosion resistance: The buoy shell is produced one-time forming by PE material, which is resistant to acid , alkali and seawater corrosion.
