The modularization of industrial intelligent manufacturing lines greatly improves its flexibility and brings it closer to the actual production process, allowing students to understand the details of actual production practice in school, filling the gap of synchronous production and learning.
Integrating various popular and practical technical knowledge points in modern practical production, including PLC programming technology, ProfiBus network communication technology, electrical control technology, pneumatic application technology, sensor technology, stepper drive control technology, robot application technology, etc.

System requirements:
(1) The industrial intelligent manufacturing line consists of ten units/workstations, including a three-dimensional warehouse unit, a circular assembly line unit, a CNC lathe machining center unit, a vertical CNC milling machine machining unit, a six degree of freedom robot unit, a four axis coordinate robot, a visual inspection unit, an RFID system unit, an AGV car handling unit, and a PLC workstation unit. These ten different units/workstations handle different technological processes. These ten stations work together to form a product production line.
(2) Each workstation unit is designed according to the characteristics of industrial intelligent manufacturing. It not only has the characteristics of flexible ordering, flexible customization, and flexible production scheduling in industrial intelligent manufacturing, but also retains the characteristics of factory mass production. In terms of teaching, each of these ten workstation units not only has common teaching content but also retains its own characteristics. It can meet the teaching needs of novice engineers as well as the skill enhancement education of senior engineers. And these ten workstation units can be arbitrarily combined and used according to teaching needs. It is a practical teaching device with a wide range of teaching objects.
