Product Details
The system has a high ash to gas ratio, low gas consumption, and low conveying speed, effectively reducing pipeline wear. The system mainly consists of five parts: compressed air supply system, LG dense phase silo pump conveying system, control system, conveying pipe, and ash storage.
operational principle
1) Bin pump: Accepts the fly ash from the dust collector hopper, and after sufficient fluidization, enters the ash silo through an ash conveying pipe.
2) Compressed air source: composed of an air compressor, filter, dryer, air storage tank, and compressed air pipeline, mainly providing high-quality compressed air for the warehouse pump and air control components.
3) Control cabinet: PLC is used to control the entire system and is equipped with local manual operation.
4) Transportation pipeline: Generally, ordinary seamless steel pipes are used, and wear-resistant ceramic elbows are used for elbows, which can adapt to long-distance transportation.
5) Ash silo: composed of the ash silo body, bag filter, vacuum release valve, material level gauge, ash unloading equipment, etc.
