Place the base on the receiving container and place the sealing pad on the edge of the container* Then, place the membrane on a clean and dry filter frame< Br/>

Connect the inlet supply pipe to the conical inlet of the upper casing. Place the upper shell on the base of the shell and firmly seal the filter membrane< Br/>

Place the filter housing assembly above the receiving container and connect the vacuum tube from the vacuum source to the vacuum port adapter on the side of the housing base< Br/>

Insert the vacuum tube into the solvent to be filtered. Ensure that the settling plate is located below the solvent level, preferably at the bottom of the container. Place the thumb clip directly above the solvent bottle and clamp the clip tightly< Br/>

Hold the SolVac filter shell and apply equal pressure to both sides of the receiving container until a vacuum is completely formed inside the container. When the required vacuum pressure is reached and the system is "fully charged," open the thumb clip and start filtering. Continue filtering until all solvents are drained or the receiving container is full< Br/>
