RMS series rodless cylinder characteristics
1. Magnetic coupled rodless cylinder, with no mechanical connection between the piston and slider, ensuring sealing performance;
2. The action of the piston is transmitted to the external slider through magnetic coupling force, without the need for a piston rod. The installation space is less than that of a regular cylinder, and the stroke is larger than that of a regular cylinder;
3. The cylinder is equipped with adjustable buffering and fixed buffering devices at both ends, ensuring smooth and impact free reversing action while avoiding mechanical damage;
4. The piston chamber is separated from the slider to prevent dust and dirt from entering the system and extend the service life of the cylinder.
RMS series rodless cylinder installation and use
1. The load size of the cylinder is determined by the theoretical holding force (theoretical thrust). To ensure the normal use of the cylinder, the load size cannot exceed the theoretical holding force (theoretical thrust) specified in the table below;
2. Horizontal installation: The radial load should not exceed the values shown in the table below.
3. Vertical installation: The allowable directional torque should not exceed the specified value, and the geometric data should be confirmed based on the load stroke relationship curve.
