1j79Iron nickel alloy with a nickel content of 30% to 90%, often referred to as permalloy. Within this composition range, by adding an appropriate amount of alloying elements and adopting appropriate processes, soft magnetic alloys with different magnetic properties such as high permeability, constant permeability, and constant moment magnetism can be obtained. Pomo alloy has high plasticity and can be cold-rolled into 1 μ M's ultra-thin tape is a type of soft magnetic alloy used in the field. It can be used as an iron core and magnetic shield in weak magnetic fields, as well as a pulse transformer and inductor core with low residual magnetism and constant permeability. It can also be used as a high rectangular ratio alloy, thermal magnetic compensation alloy, and magnetostrictive alloy. Its disadvantage is that it is expensive and can cause significant losses when used in ultra-high frequency magnetic fields.
