The Flow meter liquid filling machine offers the state of the art Coriolis flow meter technology to fill a wide variety of liquids by weight. No other filling technology offers this advanced combination of features and benefits. Flow meter technology has never been this affordable. Changes in product viscosity, temperature, pressure, and specific gravity are compensated for automatically. Flow meter filling provides the fill by weight accuracy without the issues of using conventional net weight methods.

Servo motor driven filling valve
1.When changing specifications, just enter the bottle height on the touch screen and it will automatically switch itself.
2.For liquids with a lot of foam, such as detergents, detergents and other products, you can fill with the liquid level to avoid foam overflowing the bottle mouth.
3.The servo motor runs faster and more stable.

Customized piping systems
1.The equipment does not require a storage tank, and can be fed at a high speed through a large-diameter feeding tube using a rotor pump.
2.The equipment is cleaned without residue.After the equipment is cleaned, the valve is opened and the residual liquid is automatically discharged.
3.Optional automatic perfume ingredient system, this system is especially suitable for detergent industry.
4.Teflon or other anticorrosive coating can be sprayed on the inside and surface of all pipelines.
