The SMART-MIXER-2A series dual liquid glue filling machine adopts PLC programming control, intelligent touch screen operation, and equipment operation is simple and easy to learn. Two separate storage tanks are used to store the A and B components of the rubber material separately; According to the performance and process requirements of the rubber material, a series of pre-treatments can be carried out on the rubber material in the material tank, such as heating (reducing viscosity, making it more flowable), stirring (preventing sedimentation, uniform material temperature), and vacuuming (vacuum defoaming, vacuum preservation of raw materials). Match suitable metering pumps according to the performance and process flow requirements of the rubber material. The metering system uses servo motors to drive imported metering pumps to achieve the metering and continuous and stable supply of A and B rubber.
