1、 Structural features

The rolling linear guide rail pair is composed of a guide rail, a slider body, a steel ball, a return device, a cage, a sealing device, etc. (see Figure-1). When the guide rail moves relative to the slider, the steel ball rolls along the four hardened and ground raceways on the guide rail, and at the end of the slider, the steel ball passes through a return device（Retroreflector）After entering the return hole and then entering the raceway, the steel ball undergoes rolling motion in a cyclic manner. The two ends of the deflector are equipped with dustproof sealing end covers, which can effectively prevent dust and debris from entering the interior of the slider.
