Measurement principle of IFM liquid level sensor:
The device operates based on the principle of impedance spectrum. It analyzes the electrical behavior of the monitored medium in the frequency range of 50 to 200 MHz. The tip of the measuring rod generates an electric field, which is affected by the liquid level. Media and sediment or foam have different electrical properties and will be used for condition assessment< Br/>
Maintenance, Repair, and Handling of IFM Level Sensors:
Regularly inspect the sensor tip for damage. If the dirt is severe, clean the equipment. If damaged, please replace the cleaning equipment< Br/>
After removing the equipment and before reinstalling, please carefully clean the measuring rod neck and installation groove - especially the sealing cone surface - using appropriate methods to ensure that it can resist foreign objects entering and has no dead zones< Br/>
The device cannot be repaired< Br/>
In the case of returns, please immediately ensure that the equipment is free of dirt, especially dangerous and toxic substances< Br/>
For transportation, please only use appropriate packaging to avoid equipment damage< Br/>
When abandoning equipment, it should be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner in accordance with applicable national regulations< Br/>
