HT16C21A is a memory mapping and multifunctional LCD control/driver chip. The chip has 80 display modes (20 × 4) Or 128 points (16 × 8) . The software configuration characteristics of HT16C21A make it suitable for various LCD applications, including LCD modules and display subsystems.
