Method of using silane paste
1. Concrete age: The age of the treated concrete shall not be less than 28 days, or not less than 14 days after repair. To ensure the effectiveness of silane impregnation treatment, the surface should be dried as much as possible to achieve the best penetration effect.
2. Usage and dosage: The maximum dosage can be 300 grams per square meter for construction, and the specific dosage is determined according to the design requirements and the absorption capacity of the concrete.
3. Construction equipment: It is recommended to use airless spraying equipment for large-scale construction, which has high efficiency and low losses; Small area construction can use brushes or scrapers.
4. Maintenance: Ensure that the silane is not exposed to rain for at least 24 hours after construction and is naturally air dried; To ensure the ideal treatment effect, the surface should be kept dry for at least 36 hours in summer and at least 72 hours in winter.
