On the basis of the horizontal parting process and production line equipment of traditional iron mold sand covered casting, we have developed a complete set of vertical parting and vertical pouring processes and production line equipment for iron mold sand covered casting. Currently, they have been used in a full series of ADI pump car bends, bucket teeth, hammer heads and other castings. The vertical iron mold sand coating casting process not only improves the process shrinkage effect, but also solves the problem of sand core deformation in some castings during horizontal pouring.
