Product Details

The LCD multifunctional AC/DC intelligent charger is a charging module developed by Bangzhao Electric Co., Ltd. specifically for new energy electric vehicle charging stations, which uses single-phase or three-phase neutral AC input and has advantages such as good efficiency, high power density, and low harmonics.

The main characteristics of Bangzhao Electric AC/DC intelligent charger:

1. Hot swapping

The charging module adopts plug-in technology, which is easy to install and maintain. When the charging module is connected to the system, it will not cause any disturbance to the system output voltage.

2. Mature current sharing technology

The charging modules can automatically equalize current, with an imbalance of less than ± 0.5A.

3. Input power limiting control

When the input voltage is between 320Vac and 530Vac (with a return difference of less than 5V), the module can output a power of 20KW; When the input voltage is between 260Vac and 320Vac, the module can still operate normally but is in power limiting mode.

4. Output constant power control

At the rated input voltage, the module allows an output power of 20KW.

5. Temperature limiting power

Under an ambient temperature of 55 ℃, the module outputs 20kW at full power;

Derating for use above 55 ℃ ambient temperature is a segmented linear power limiting;

At an ambient temperature of 65 ℃, the module allows for an output power of no less than 10kW.

At an ambient temperature of 75 ℃, the output power of the module decreases to 0.

6. Output current limiting point adjustment

The module has stepless current limiting function. Through the external monitoring module, the current limiting point of the module can be adjusted within the range of 0-33.3A (high voltage mode)/0A-50A (low voltage mode). When the output voltage is between 50Vdc and 750Vdc, the current limiting accuracy of the module is ± 0.3A.

7. Output voltage regulation

Through an external monitoring module, the output voltage of the module can be continuously adjusted, with an adjustment range of 50Vdc to 750Vdc, and a small adjustment step of 0.1Vdc for Zui.

8. Fan control

The built-in processor of the module can adjust the fan speed based on the internal temperature of the module and the output current of the module.

9. Input over/under voltage protection

When the module is in three-phase AC mode and the input voltage is less than 260Vac or greater than 530Vac, the protection indicator light will be on, and the module will stop working without output. When the module is in single-phase AC mode and the input voltage is less than 160Vac or greater than 300Vac, the protection indicator light will be on, and the module will stop working without output. When an overvoltage or undervoltage alarm occurs, the module will report the alarm information to the monitoring module; When the input voltage returns to the normal range, the alarm disappears and the module returns to normal operating state.

10. Output overvoltage protection

After overvoltage protection, manual intervention is required before starting the machine. The software overvoltage protection point can be set through the monitoring module, with a setting range of 260Vdc to 778Vdc, and the factory default value is 778Vdc. Manual intervention: The module can be reset through the monitoring module, or it can be reset by detaching the module from the system.

11. Over temperature protection

The protection point for environmental overheating is 80 ℃. When the temperature of the DC board exceeds 85 ℃, the module stops working; When the temperature of the DC board drops below 75 ℃, the module will automatically resume operation.

12. Internal busbar fault protection

When the internal bus voltage of the module exceeds the overvoltage/undervoltage protection point, the module will automatically shut down. At this time, the module has no output and the fault indicator light is on.

13. Short circuit protection

When the module is short circuited, the protection shuts down, and the red indicator light on the panel lights up, reporting "module fault" to the monitoring.

14. Background communication interruption

The module experiences a communication interruption for more than 8 seconds. The module is shut down for protection, and there is no voltage output. At the same time, the protection indicator light flashes. After the module communication is restored, the protection indicator light returns to normal and the module also resumes operation.

15. Fan fault protection

When a fan fails, the module will generate a fan fault alarm, and the fault indicator light will flash. At this time, the module will shut down and there will be no voltage output. After the fault is eliminated, the module will automatically resume operation.

16. Monitoring Performance

The charging module adopts CAN bus.

Bangzhao Electric AC/DC smart charger can be integrated into the Lithium iron phosphate battery cabinet system, used for EV Charging station energy storage system, installed directly outdoors, and charged by the mains or Diesel generator for the battery pack, saving installation space and facilitating later maintenance.
