30V, 100mA TinyPowerTM LDO HT7533-7 with protection function
The HT7533-7 series is a low-power high voltage regulator implemented using CMOS technology. CMOS technology ensures its low voltage drop and low quiescent current characteristics. The input voltage can reach up to 30V and has several fixed output voltages, ranging from 2.1V to 12.0V.
When the CE input pin is low, the fast discharge channel can lower the output voltage through a built-in pull-down resistor. Even if the output pin is short circuited to ground, the built-in overcurrent protection circuit can prevent chip damage. The over temperature protection circuit ensures that the chip junction temperature will not exceed 160 ° C.
