  • HP-RTM (High Pressure ResinTransfer Molding) is the abbreviation for high-pressure resin transfer molding process. It refers to the molding process of using high-pressure pressure to mix and inject resin into a vacuum sealed mold pre laid with fiber reinforced materials and pre embedded components, and obtaining composite material products through resin flow filling, impregnation, curing, and demolding;

  • HP-RTM is an RTM process technology launched in recent years to cope with the large-scale production of thermosetting composite parts. It adopts a process of pre formed parts, steel molds, vacuum assisted exhaust, high-pressure mixed injection, and resin impregnation and solidification of fibers under high pressure, achieving short cycle (mass production) and high-quality production.

 Equipment:

  • The equipment adopts a frequency conversion control method, where two materials, A and B, are automatically delivered to the gun head through two AB pumps in proportion and flow rate.   • 2. Poly (polyether polyol) and ISO (isocyanate) high-pressure metering units:

  • High pressure metering pump A2VK series high direction plunger pump. This series of metering pumps measures, ensuring smooth operation and simple maintenance; Two motors drive two metering pumps. By manually adjusting the variable of the metering pump in the first round, the swing angle of the metering pump is changed to control the output of the metering pump. The motor is connected to the pump using a magnetic seal coupling, and the shaft seal of the metering pump leaks during operation; And equipped with high and low pressure digital display instruments and high pressure pressure transmitters, used to control component pressure. When the high pressure exceeds 6-20Mpa and is lower than the pre applied pressure of the component set at 0.1Mpa, the equipment automatically stops, alarms, and displays corresponding fault information

  • 3. High pressure mixing head:

  • (1) Adopting the HZQ-1218L-2KV high-pressure mixing head produced by our company, the HZQ series high-pressure mixing head is developed and produced on the basis of the previous Italian Conlon mixing head, combined with the usage characteristics of German mixing heads and domestic equipment. It adopts dual oil circuits and dual angles, and the large piston stroke can be adjusted up and down to achieve secondary mixing; The mixing head adopts a V-shaped nozzle layout (which has been recognized both domestically and internationally). Compared with the straight shaped nozzle, the V-shaped nozzle has a much higher mixing effect and uniformity; The L-shaped structure of the large and small pistons is self-cleaning and mixed twice to improve the foaming quality of the products. All seals are made of imported products and processed with high-strength tool steel. The heat treatment process increases the service life of the mixing head, and the dual proximity switch control ensures that the system will never cross feed. The cleaning rod movement separates the cleaning section from the oil cylinder section, solving the problem of slag contamination in the high-pressure injection machine liquid station, reducing liquid valve failures, and reducing oil leakage due to damage to the large piston rod seal. The mixing head has the characteristics of high repeatability, uniform mixing, stable performance, simple operation, no cleaning, and production. Its service life is over 300000 times. The manual control box adopts a German imported rotary coding switch, and is equipped with 99 injection timing stations as standard.

  • (2) The mixing head injection program can be controlled for automatic injection and manual injection.

  • (3) The mixing head has three working modes: a. No material operation: demonstrate the injection process of the system when the high-pressure metering pump is not working, and verify whether the program or mixing head action is correct based on the time action of each program; b. Normal operation: The operating procedures of each system of the entire machine are normal and operate normally according to the actual situation; c. Calibration: Used to adjust the injection pressure of the mixing head nozzle and measure the mixing ratio of two raw materials while the high-pressure metering pump is working.

  • 4. Hydraulic power system: 

  • The entire machine is equipped with a 31.5Mpa level 10cc/r hydraulic station, which uses a motor buffered direct piston pump for operation, and is equipped with a 10L accumulator. It is equipped with a hydraulic pressure transmitter, pressure gauge switch, oil resistance transmitter, manual relief valve, hydraulic integrated block, overflow safety valve, etc; The hydraulic station achieves rated pressure setting, automatic intermittent control, and normal operation of hydraulic components such as the mixing head.

  • 5. Material temperature control system:

  • The entire machine is equipped with two fully stainless steel tube type heat exchangers. The raw liquid undergoes heat exchange in the high and low pressure circulation of the system. The temperature control medium (water) in the exchanger is connected to the chiller to reduce the temperature of the raw liquid. The temperature of the raw liquid is increased through the electric heating tube of the exchanger, and the digital temperature control instrument automatically controls the temperature control medium to ensure a constant raw material temperature. The cold water electric control valve is set as an electromagnetic valve to control the rotating pneumatic ball valve imported from Germany, ensuring that the cold water is tightly closed.

  • 6. High and low voltage conversion system:

  • The high and low pressure switching of raw materials adopts a hydraulic transmission type, with internal metal sealing and fast and reliable hydraulic action. The two types of raw materials can be switched synchronously.

  • 8. Electrical control system:
