Product Details
The TCC4100 solid interface card rail industrial Ethernet switch is dedicated to rail transit applications and complies with EN50155/50121 specifications. The electrical port adopts M12 sturdy interface to ensure stable operation of the switch in environments such as vibration or impact. Any two ports can be used to form a self-healing ring network. TCC4100 supports multiple independent self-healing ring networks, which can be double fiber, single fiber, twisted pair, or any combination of them. Adopting patented MRD Ring ® (MRDcom Real Time Ring) self-healing ring network technology, whose hardware based algorithm ensures that the self-healing time of each node is less than 5 milliseconds, and the self-healing time of the ring network is less than 50 milliseconds (typical value). TCC4100 also supports the MRD ring network media redundancy protocol based on IEC62439.
The TCC4100 series adopts CPLD dynamic reconstruction and repetitive programming technology, which has high stability and reliability, and can monitor various key operating parameters locally and remotely. The TCC4100 series adopts a unique expanded industrial grade design and process, suitable for various harsh environments and field applications.
