SmartScope ® FlashTM 250 is a large capacity 3D image measuring instrument for components. In addition to achieving three-dimensional geometric size measurement through imaging, we can also choose TTL lasers, contact probes, or micro probes to configure them as cost-effective multi sensor imaging measurement systems. The measurement range of the Flash 250 system in the Z-axis direction can reach 250mm, even when a rotary table is installed to achieve four-axis measurement function, it can still load large workpieces.
Innovative mechanical design. The unique "Vertical-lift bridge" patented design makes the whole system more compact than other models with similar travel. The volume of the entire system is 0.6 cubic meters.
Reliable accuracy. Precision machinery ensures stable axial straightness and verticality, and its unique mechanical structure design ensures that the system meets strict spatial accuracy requirements.
Precision optics. The Flash 250 is equipped with a high-quality 12:1 zoom lens, maintaining excellent optical performance throughout its entire focusing range. The AccuCentricTM zoom lens of this patent is recalibrated every time the magnification changes, ensuring that the system maintains good accuracy.
Multifunctional lighting system. The patented contour lighting technology uses a green backlight composed of LED arrays, which tracks the optical system when the platform moves along the X-axis direction. In addition, TTL coaxial lighting and OGP patented SmartRing ™ LED ring lights are standard configurations for Flash CNC.
Powerful measurement software. Flash250 has a robust and user-friendly Meausre-X ® Measurement software. MeasureMind can also be selected ® 3D multi-sensor measurement software, achieving complete 3D measurement functions
