The original aroma of sesame remains unchanged, and this machine is equipped with an automatic temperature control system infrared heating system. Before starting up, clean the oil tank thoroughly and add enough hydraulic oil. Check whether the bolts in each part are loose and whether the wiring connections are correct. 1. Preheat before each oil extraction, with preheating temperature of 50-70 degrees in summer and autumn and 70-90 degrees in winter and spring. The preheating system is automatically controlled, without the need to turn off the temperature control switch. 2 Grasp the handle of the top plate wrench and fully open it: the top plate is at a 180 degree angle to the working position. Place a cushion at the bottom of the pressing frame, lower the piston into place, and set it aside. 3. Before each oil extraction, run the machine empty 1-2 times. If the hydraulic oil changes in winter or spring, run the machine empty for 5-10 minutes to make the oil thinner and easier to operate. 4. Remove the fried oil and smoke, then put it into a press. 5. Place a cushion on the upper end of the oil press, place the partition plate on the upper end of the press, and push it flat into the press. If there is less oil, the oil can be raised during startup to keep it slightly lower than the upper surface of the press frame; Otherwise, if the upper plate cannot be closed, lift the handle of the manual valve and start pressing. 6. This hydraulic press must be operated by a dedicated person. When the pressure gauge rises to 55 megapascals, the electrical control system automatically stops. When the pressing pressure drops to 45 megapascals, the electrical control system automatically opens, and the pressure gauge pressure rises again. There is no oil leakage from the oil seam of the pressing hole, indicating that the oil has been squeezed out. 8. Turn off the machine, hold the handle of the manual valve and press down on the valve core of the manual valve to lower the pressing hole to 10 millimeters above the top. Lift the handle of the manual valve and open the upper plate. 9. Turn on the machine, the oil cake rises, and the piston plate is about 5 millimeters higher than the upper end face of the pressing frame. Turn off the machine, remove the partition plate and upper cushion, and take out the oil. 10. Press down on the handle, lower the piston, and prepare for the second press. The external dimensions of this machine are 96x740x1500. The machine weighs 1500 kilograms. The nominal pressure is 1900KN, and the working pressure is 50Mpa. The electric heating infrared heating is 1KW, and the heating temperature is 70-100 degrees. The main motor is a 4-level 1.5KW motor. It can also be a two-phase electric 2.2 motor.
