1、 Equipment Introduction:
The SHR series high-speed mixer produced by Suzhou Woruisi Machinery is mainly used for the mixing and coloring of polyvinyl chloride resin, the coloring and drying of polyethylene and polypropylene particles, the drying before the forming and processing of hygroscopic resins such as ABS polycarbonate, and the mixing of phenolic resins. It is one of the equipment used in plastic processing factories and has a wide range of applications in industries such as rubber, pharmaceuticals, and dyeing. Due to its advantages of fast mixing, uniform mixture, good resin absorption of additives, convenient machine operation, easy cleaning, durability, and compact structure, etc. It has gradually replaced low-speed mixers and is widely used in the production of various plastic industries.
（1） Inspection items before operation
1. Thoroughly inspect the equipment connection components and ensure they are tightened without looseness.
2. Check whether each operating component is flexible, whether the mixer is firmly installed, and whether the spindle rotates lightly.
3. The triangular belt should be evenly tightened, and the bolts on the motor base plate should be tightened without looseness.
4. The mixing container and discharge chamber should be cleaned and free of dirt.
5. Check if the rotation direction of the motor is consistent with the direction indicated by the sign.
（2） Precautions during equipment operation
1. The motor should run smoothly without any abnormal sound, and the temperature rise should be regularly checked for normal operation.
2. Check whether rotating parts such as spindle bearings and triangular pulleys operate normally. If there is abnormal noise or vibration, immediately stop the machine for inspection. If there are damaged parts, they should be replaced and repaired immediately.
3. When changing the color of the material machine, the mixing container and discharge area must be cleaned thoroughly.
4. The equipment feeding shall not exceed the loading factor. When the equipment is running, if plasticizers are added, they should be slowly added. Do not suddenly pour the plasticizers into the machine body, causing local materials to clump, causing a sudden increase in load and damaging the equipment.
