FRH series high shear dispersion emulsifying machine (intermittent)
Intermittent high shear working process
Under the centrifugal action of the high-speed rotating rotor, the material in the figure is sucked into the working chamber axially from the upper and lower feeding areas of the working head.
The strong centrifugal force throws the material from the radial direction into the narrow precise gap between the stator and rotor. At the same time, the material is initially dispersed and emulsified by centrifugal extrusion, impact and other forces.
At the outer end of the high-speed rotating rotor, a linear velocity of at least 15m / s and up to 40m / S is generated, and strong mechanical and hydraulic shear, liquid layer friction and impact tear are formed. The material can be fully dispersed, emulsified, homogenized, broken and ejected through the stator slot at the same time.
At the same time, under the action of the upper and lower axial suction generated by the rotor region, two strong overturning turbulence are formed. After several cycles, the material finally completes the process of dispersion, emulsification and homogenization.
Application of high shear emulsifier in different fields
Mixing: syrup, shampoo, detergent, juice concentrate, yogurt, dessert, mixed dairy products, ink, enamel.
Dispersion and mixing: methyl cellulose dissolution, colloid dissolution, carbide dissolution, oil-water emulsification, premixing, seasoning production, stabilizer dissolution, smoke, salt, alumina, pesticide.
Dispersing: preparation of suspension, pill coating, drug depolymerization, coating dispersing, lipstick, vegetable soup, mustard mixture, catalyst, matting agent, metal, pigment, modified asphalt and nanomaterials.
Emulsification: medicine emulsion, ointment, cream, mask, cream, emulsified essence, emulsified oil, emulsified asphalt, resin emulsification, wax emulsification, waterborne polyurethane emulsification, pesticide.
Homogenization: drug emulsion, ointment, cream, mask, cream, homogenate, homogenized dairy products, fruit juice, printed ink, jam.
