Casting: High-performance bed adopts high-density and high-tension Meehanite castings, with heat flow balance treatment and aging treatment. Spindle: The standard AC servo high gain motor of the spindle power system achieves super torque output. The intermediate transmission mechanism is eliminated and the multi-tap belt (the powerful cutting type is V-belt) is adopted. The vibration and thermal displacement under high-speed operation are greatly reduced, ensuring good machining accuracy and surface roughness.
