Industrial electric ovens, also referred to as Walk-In Ovens, Batch Ovens or Truck-In Ovens, are one of the important types of equipment used across various industries . As the name implies, it is basically a heated chamber used in different industrial processes. They are primarily used for

Industrial electric ovens are usually in large sizes and incorporated with latest technology. The motor-driven fan blowers maintain excellent temperature uniformity within the chamber. Our ovens are durable, performance driven and require very little maintenance.
How it works
When the operator closes the access hatches and switches the industrial oven on, the air within it is heated by heaters. The heated air is then circulated throughout the oven by a fan in order to distribute the temperature as evenly as possible. Once the industrial oven reaches its set point, it switches to its minimum output in order to maintain a stable temperature. If necessary a cool off process is initiated by venting the hot air via an exhaust pipe.

Safety features
Ø Interlocking device for motor and heating part. Fan starts before heater starts to avoid damage to heater.
Ø Heater stops automatically when fans break down.
Ø There is an independent over-temperature alarm system, and when the temperature inside the oven goes abnormal, it will alarms and light up, and heating power source will be cut automatically.
Ø Motor short-circuits protection and over current protection to avoid motor burnout or tripping.
Ø Heater short-circuit protection.
Ø Control circuit protection to avoid short-circuit.
Ø Air switch to avoid main circuit overload or short-circuit.
