1、 Applicable scope:

1.1 Heat Flow Meter Thermal Conductivity Tester mainly tests homogeneous plate-like materials such as plastic, rubber, glass, fiberboard, benzene board, extruded board, foam concrete, hollow glass, wooden board, various insulation materials, etc. It can also measure the thermal conductivity of various substances such as granular materials, bulk materials, and soft materials. Installing protective measurement and control devices can effectively eliminate the impact of the environment on testing, ensuring testing accuracy and repeatability.

2、 Compliant with standards:

Comply with GB/T10295-2008 "Determination of steady-state thermal resistance and related characteristics of insulation materials - Heat flow meter method" and ISO/DIS8301 "Insulation - Determination of steady-state thermal resistance and related characteristics - Heat flow meter device".

DRPL-400 * 600 thermal conductivity tester (protective plate heat flux meter method)

1、 Overview

This instrument uses internationally popular heat flow meters to detect thermal conductivity and thermal resistance, and is equipped with a computer to achieve fully automatic detection and generate experimental reports. Based on the DRPL-I flat plate heat flux meter thermal conductivity tester produced by our company, it has been redesigned to meet the testing requirements of large-sized insulation materials.

This instrument is based on the principle of steady-state flat plate testing. A stable hot surface temperature is added to the hot surface, and heat is transferred to the cold surface through the sample. The heat flow transmitted is measured, and the thermal conductivity and thermal resistance can be calculated based on the thickness and heat transfer area of the sample. This testing method is simple, fast, and has good repeatability. It can be used for testing rock and soil, foam, cement, thermal insulation materials, etc., and is widely used in colleges and universities, scientific research institutes, quality inspection, factories and mines.

Reference standard of this instrument: ASTM C518-04 Test method for measuring steady-state Heat flux and heat transfer characteristics by heat flow meter method; GB10295-2008 Determination of steady-state thermal resistance and related characteristics of insulation materials (heat flux meter method).

2、 Main technical parameters

1. Thermal conductivity range: 0.0050-1.0 W/MK;

3. Hot surface temperature: room temperature -99.99 ℃, using a high degree digital display meter for temperature measurement, with a precision of 0.2 level and a resolution of 0.01 ℃.

4. Cold surface temperature: 0-99.99 ℃, measured using a high-degree digital display meter, with a precision of 0.2 level and a resolution of 0.01 ℃.

9. Hot surface temperature control: room temperature -99.99 ℃, using a high-degree programmable digital display meter for temperature measurement, with a precision of 0.2 level and a resolution of 0.01 ℃. The flat plate heater is controlled by a bidirectional thyristor.

10. The cold surface is cooled by a constant temperature water tank.

11. Using computer automated testing.

12. Heat flow range: 0.5-2000W/m2, with a braiding rate of 0.25 W/m2.
