Structural characteristics of volumetric heat exchangers
(1) The U-shaped tube of the heat exchange element is selected as a small diameter tube bundle, arranged horizontally with multiple strokes, in order to reduce the cross-section passing through the heat medium, increase the heat exchange area, and increase the flow rate of the heat medium.
(2) The tank is equipped with a guiding device to organize the heated medium to flow through the U-shaped tube bundle, without any stagnant water areas.
Instructions for use:
1. The outlet temperature of the heated water should not exceed 75 ℃. In actual use, to delay scaling, the temperature of the heated water should be controlled between 50-60 ℃. To ensure safer operation, a drain valve must be installed on the outlet pipe of the heating medium.
2. Material: The shell can be selected according to user requirements, including stainless steel type, carbon steel lined stainless steel type, and carbon steel lined copper type; The material of U-shaped heat exchange tubes is divided into stainless steel tubes and copper tubes. The exterior of the carbon steel shell is coated with mixed paint for anti-corrosion.
3. The RV-03 product uses steel saddle type supports, usually made of concrete piers with a height of H=300mm, and bolt hole positions are reserved according to the support installation diagram; RV-04 adopts a support type support, usually made of concrete piers with a height of H=200mm, and bolt hole positions are reserved according to the installation drawing of the support.
4. The heat exchanger should be equipped with safety devices. When installing a safety valve, the opening pressure of the safety valve should not exceed the design pressure (it should be stated when ordering the safety valve), and the installation and use of the safety valve should comply with the provisions of the "Pressure Vessel Safety Technology Supervision Regulations" of the Ministry of Labor and Personnel.
