HBBLoad Cell
A weighing sensor is actually a device that converts a quality signal into a measurable electrical signal output. When using a sensor, the actual working environment of the sensor should be considered first, which is crucial to the correct selection of the weighing sensor. It is related to whether the sensor can work normally, its safety and service life, and even the reliability and safety of the whole weighing instrument. There are qualitative differences between the new and old national standards in the basic concepts and evaluation methods of the main technical indicators of weighing sensors. There are mainly several styles, including S-type, cantilever type, spoke type, plate ring type, membrane box type, bridge type, column tube type, etc.
The S-type weighing sensor, as shown in the figure, is a common type of sensor used to measure the tension and pressure between solids. It is also commonly referred to as a tension and pressure sensor because it has an S-shaped appearance, so it is commonly referred to as an S-type weighing sensor. This sensor is made of alloy steel material, sealed with adhesive protection, easy to install and use, and is suitable for electronic force measurement and weighing systems such as suspension scales, ingredient scales, and machine modified scales.
