Halogen-free flame retardant OP-100
Product Description: OP-100 is a new type of halogen-free flame retardant with excellent performance. It is a white powder that is easy to disperse, and has excellent temperature resistance and mechanical properties during processing. The thermal decomposition temperature is greater than 340 ℃, and it has good hydrolysis resistance. It is used in epoxy copper clad panels, acrylic acid, and electronic adhesives, LED adhesives, unsaturated resins, inks, and PC, PA fiber reinforced products, and can still maintain good performance under high temperature and humidity.

Scope of application and dosage: Especially suitable for epoxy and epoxy copper clad plates; Acrylic acid, polyurethane and other high-end electronic adhesives, LED adhesives, unsaturated resins, PC, PA and other plastics, as well as adhesive tapes and adhesives. Adding 6-8%, if considering cost reduction, can also be combined with phosphorus and nitrogen flame retardants. Adding 3-5% can achieve good results. Adding 5-6% in plastic PC can synergistically use sulfonic acid flame retardants to achieve thin products below 1.0mm. This is an unparalleled advantage of adding other flame retardants, such as FR-2025.
