Product Details
As the name suggests, the special planting adhesive for rail transit is definitely the same as the planting adhesive used for rail transit. The planting adhesive for rail transit uses modified epoxy resin, which does not contain any solvents and is safe and non-toxic. It can be applied to various rail transit projects, planting of new concrete without embedded steel bars, planting and rooting of screws and steel bars in the substrate, installation of various equipment, pipelines, and fixing of curtain wall brackets in reinforcement and renovation projects.

Precautions for planting reinforcement adhesive for rail transit:

2. Before installation, the hole must be thoroughly cleaned to ensure cleanliness and the gel inside the hole must be full.
3. When inserting the steel bar, it must be slowly rotated and implanted.
4. Ensure that the time for complete solidification of the gel is maintained at least 10 minutes, and do not touch the anchor before the gel has solidified.
5. During winter construction, the rubber hose can be preheated in warm water or a warm room at around 40 ℃ for easy glue extrusion.
