1、 Installation
The transmitter and oil pipe (water pipe) are installed together in the well;
1. The deep well liquid level transmitter should be fixed with a matching oil pipe (water pipe) special clamp to prevent damage to the cable due to squeezing. The sensor should be installed vertically to avoid impurities such as sediment burying or blocking the transmitter probe. 2. The three-way outlet part is filled with special sealant pad and sealant, and the extrusion nut is tightened with a wrench to prevent air and water leakage. 3. The entire signal line is led to the interior of the distribution cabinet to prevent rainwater from seeping into the cable at the junction and causing damage. The transmitter is used for the installation of hydrological, seismic monitoring wells, and reservoir dams. 4. When the transmitter is used for underground measurement alone and the cable length is greater than 100 meters, an additional load-bearing steel wire rope should be added to run down the well together with the signal cable to protect the signal cable from damage caused by excessive force.
2、 Trial operation - To ensure stable and accurate operation of the transmitter, power on and preheat for 15 minutes before testing the liquid level.
3、 Instructions - During the installation process, ensure that the transmitter is securely tightened before powering on for measurement; Disconnect the power supply before disassembly.
4、 Product maintenance - Only use neutral reagents to clean the transmitter, avoid using corrosive reagents such as acid, alkaline solvents, household detergents, etc. The transmitter belongs to precision instruments and should be stored in a dry and ventilated indoor environment, avoiding direct sunlight.
5、 Precautions
1. Confirm whether the output voltage of the power supply is correct; The positive and negative connections of the power supply correspond to the positive and negative connections of the product; The liquid level * large height is within the range of the product; 2. The sensor of the probe is a precision device. Users should not disassemble it by themselves or touch the diaphragm during use to avoid damage to the product; 3.
