Raymond mill is suitable for the milling and processing of over 680 materials in non flammable and explosive industries such as mining, chemical, building materials, metallurgy, etc., such as barite, calcite, potassium feldspar, talc, marble, limestone, ceramics, glass, etc., with a Mohs hardness of no more than 7 and a humidity of less than 6%. The structural composition of Raymond grinding machine:
The grinding roller shaft of the Raymond mill is installed on the plum blossom frame, which is driven by a transmission device and rotates rapidly. The grinding ring is fixed and stationary, and the material enters the body through the feeder from the side of the body, and is subjected to grinding action between the grinding roller and the grinding ring. The airflow blows in in a tangential direction from the lower part of the grinding ring, passes through the grinding area between the grinding roller and the disc, and the mixed dust is discharged into the wind classifier at the upper part of the disc mill. There are 3-6 grinding rollers hanging on the plum blossom stand, rotating around the central axis of the machine body. Due to the centrifugal force generated by the revolution, the grinding roller opens outward, compresses the grinding ring, and rolls on it. The material fed into the mill is picked up by a shovel and sent between the grinding roller and the grinding ring for grinding. The shovel is connected to the plum blossom frame, and the shovel is installed obliquely. There is a shovel in front of each grinding roller, which forms a continuous flow of material to be sent between the grinding roller and the grinding ring.
