[Usage] :(1) Can produce various sizes of thermal conductive graphite film.    The equipment before and after the process required reasonable equipment collocation, equipment utilization rate is good, effective production. 

(2) The equipment adopts microcomputer for furnace body distribution control, temperature control, temperature recording and monitoring of water, electricity and gas data.Using programming process temperature rise curve for temperature rise,and the actual furnace temperature is recorded,To ensure the quality of each furnace products, and can track and trace the production of products.Comprehensive monitoring of water, electricity and gas data, when failure occurs, it will alarm within 1 second and automatically protect the equipment accordingly.

Thermal conductive graphite film production equipment is mainly composed of 1200-1600℃ carbonization furnace and 2800-3000℃ ultra-high temperature furnace and its supporting gas purification device, gas filtration device, cooling and circulating water system.  Can produce various sizes of thermal conductive graphite film.  The equipment before and after the process required reasonable equipment collocation, high equipment utilization rate, high production efficiency.

Features: 

Fully sealed dust proof structure power cabinet, prevent conductive carbon fiber and conductive dust cabinet with water cooling heat dissipation, no heat exchange with indoor air; 

Comprehensive PLC water, electricity, gas automatic control and protection system.  Realize the sequence control and interlock protection, early warning and alarm functions of power supply, furnace body, cooling water, protective gas and other devices; 

It is cooled by the closed pure water circulation system. The water flow of each waterway is displayed on the touch screen. The primary water circulation system is cooled by stainless steel pipes and deionized water. 

Equipped with gas purification device, oxygen content can be reduced to 1PPMV, dew point temperature is less than -80 degrees. 

Adopt one tow and two designs to improve production output. There are two types of furnace, horizontal and vertical, to meet different product needs
