Sample Quality Test:Professional QC measure technical parameters and visual appearance of glass bottles according to confirmed drawing and layout by clients.Mass Production Quality Test:1.A half-hourly technical parameters inspection includes glass bottle capacity, weight, height, diameter, thickness, flling line, leak-proofness,performance under stress and pressure, impact resistance, etc.2.Visual appearance inspection of every bottle includes split lines, bubble, neck finish, bottle body, bottom, cleanliness, etc.3.Decoration appearance inspection of every bottle includes label content, label position, adhesive, color,cleanliness, etc.Finished products Quality Test:Bottles will be tested by random to check whether meet the standard of technical parameters and any visual flaws on bottle appearance.Quality Test Before Delivery:1.Professional QC will conduct a sampling test to ensure bottles have reached our standard.2.Check whether the packing methods of glass bottles is secure and suitable for long-distance overland transportation and seaway transportation.

Glass bottles are generally made of 7-12 kinds of material, such as silica sand, sodium carbonate, limestone,dolomite,feldspar, borax,barium etc. There are five main production steps:

Silica sand, Soda ash, Limestone, and others

Weighing and mixing of raw materials, and transport to the hopper at the melting furnace.

Melting of mixed raw materials about 1,550 oC in the melting furnace.

Feeding of glass gob at optimum temperature suitable to bottle weight and shape is fed into a glass bottle-forming machine via the feeder.

Annealing of bottles as they leave the glass bottle-forming machine

After annealing in the lehr, a bottle is strictly checked on Automatic inspection machine and visually

Q1. What's the payment term and lead time?

     Our payment term is 40% in advance and 60% against the B/L copy or 100% L/C at sight.

     Delivery time is one month after recieved the prepayment and confirmed the sample.

Q2. What's the minimum order quantity? 

      For regular bottles, it's 1~2 x 40HQ. For unique designed bottles, we can discuss accordingly.

Q3. What if I need samples for test?

      We can send you our available samples by freight account collect. For new custom made bottles, you can pay us test mold and sample cost first, and then we will make samples for you within 20 days.

Q4. What if quality problem? 

     We can never guarantee 100% no quality problem, but we guarantee we will be responsible for any quality problem that is caused by us!
