Decoration firing(decal)
1. We use AI files to make decals. The process of making decal is divided into offset printing and screen painting.The screen painting is thick and has a strong three-dimensional effect. It's uaually suitable for simple patterns of single color and text. The offset printing is widely used and the most common.


2. Workers paste decals on the bottle.
3. After the declas are pasted on the bottle, we print them on the bottle through heat transfer or water transfer.

Spray painting

The workers spray special paint on the suface of the bottle with the spray gun and then dry it.

We can spray it on the whole or part, use multiple cplors, have a gradient effect.

Colors are divided into bright and matte. Colors and effects can be exactly as your needs.

Frosting

Through the corrosion of thr bottle surface to make a frosted effect. The frosted range can be according to your needs.

Electroplating

Electroplating is the use of the principle of electrolysis to plate a layer of other metals or alloys on the surface. We have ordinary plating method and nano vacuum plating method.

Nano vacuum plating has more uniform color, very clear reflection, and the best appearance.

Embossing

Embossing is made on the mold and can be on the bottle surface according to your requirements. Such as logos, raised patterns, lines and so on.

1. What kind of bottle you are specialized in? We are specialized in producing super flint (crystal white) raw material for handmade glass bottle, and high flint (high white and general) raw material for machine made glass bottle.

2. What's different in the bottle material? Super flint glass bottle has the best transparency, better appearance and heavier weight. High flint glass bottle is similar to super flint glass bottle, but it is light. The transparency of the bottle is not as good as the other two materials, lighter in weight and the cheapest.

For stock products, samples are free you only pay for the freight. For custom products, we need to make sample mold and charge the sample mold cost.
