The twin-screw extruder gearbox is a special mechanical transmission device designed to match the conical twin-screw extruder. The unit decelerates the power of the main motor and increases the torque through a gear box, and then outputs it through a pair of elongated conical helical gears with a transmission ratio of 1:1 to the long shaft of the distribution box, which drives the short shaft. The long and short shafts drive the short screw at the same angle as the screw to extrude high-quality products in different directions and external rotations.
This series of gearboxes are designed according to JB/T9050.1-1999 standard. The gears are made of high-strength alloy steel. The gears are processed by carburizing, quenching, heat-hardening and gear grinding, and the precision reaches grade 6 (GBl0095-88). The whole machine is small in size, large in carrying capacity, stable in transmission, low in noise and high in efficiency.
