Installation: The suitable position for installing the gear pump should be lower than the position where the fuel tank is low, and the connection method is to directly place it on the drive shaft of the power output end. When using a coupling, attention should be paid to whether the gear pump is properly connected to the coupling. Regardless of the connection method, it must be tight and parallel in a straight line, otherwise it will damage the coupling and shaft extension, and even the internal structure of the pump body.
Hydraulic oil: Please choose hydraulic mineral oil 46 #, 68 #, and 32 # to prevent oxidation and corrosion. The appropriate selection of oil and the correct temperature range can ensure the service life and work efficiency of the gear pump. The recommended selection of hydraulic oil is as follows: mineral oil viscosity: 20-80cSt; Temperature range: 0-80 ℃.
Filter system: After the system is assembled, please check whether the pipe fittings and all hydraulic components are clean before injecting oil. Please choose a filtration system with high-quality anti fouling ability, and it comes with a blockage indicator that can be cleaned or replaced according to the actual situation. The bypass design is also a method to protect the filtration system and replace the filter element in a timely manner. We recommend designing according to the standard. Cooling system: The volume of the fuel tank must be at least twice the displacement per minute of the gear pump, and the distance between the inlet and outlet ports should be as far as possible. The design of the cooling system may vary depending on various usage scenarios and conditions, and we recommend designing according to the standard range.
