1. Pre sales technical support
Actively assist users and design units in completing the preliminary design work of unit selection, machine room design, and unit installation, maintain close communication and technical exchange with the owner, go deep into the site, patiently and accurately provide technical support of various abilities, provide reasonable opinions and suggestions, and serve as a consultant for the owner.
2. Technical services during sales
According to the actual situation, experienced technical engineers can be dispatched to the site to actively cooperate with users in guiding equipment installation, debugging, operation, and personnel training. Ensure that user operators are proficient in operation and use, as well as provide quick troubleshooting services for common faults.
3. After sales technical services
During the warranty period, if any abnormal faults occur in the unit, we promise to provide free repair services to the user (non faults caused by improper operation by the user's personnel), respond within 1 hour, and provide the customer with compulsory warranty services;
Definition of warranty period: The supplier shall be responsible for providing warranty for any damage to components or other malfunctions of the unit caused by negligence in assembly or improper selection of design and raw materials by the manufacturer, whether it is actually used for one year or 1000 hours (whichever comes first), or in accordance with the relevant provisions of the contract.
(2) The vulnerable parts of the generator set, daily use accessories, human operation errors, and negligence in maintenance are not covered by this warranty.
