1、 Overview

This instrument adopts a CT-008 microcomputer force measurement control instrument and a high-precision tension sensor to form a force measurement system. It has the characteristics of high force measurement accuracy, stable performance, automatic display of test results, and can cyclically display the values of tension and friction coefficient. It meets the requirements of Annex A Static Friction Coefficient Test Method in GB/T 37798-2019 Ceramic Tile Anti slip Grade Evaluation and Annex M Friction Coefficient Measurement in GB/T 4100-2015 Ceramic Tile Standard. It can be tested by both dry and wet methods and is an ideal equipment for measuring the anti slip performance and friction coefficient of ceramic floor tiles.

3、 Structure

This instrument consists of a CT-008 microcomputer force measuring control instrument, a manual force application mechanism (or optional electric force application mechanism), a pressure sensor, a working platform, etc.

4、 Working principle

The electric force application mechanism applies a horizontal tensile force to the tested object, generates an electrical signal through a pressure sensor, and sends it to the CT-008 microcomputer force measurement control instrument for data processing, and displays the test results.
