Features
The jacketed kettle consists of kettle body, bracket, etc. Its inner and outer layers are spherical pot body, double-layer structure, and the jacket can be heated by steam or heat-conducting oil as a medium. The bottom can be equipped with a flange discharge port, and the material can be directly discharged after cooking, very convenient.The transition section of the inner wall is a circular arc transition, which has no sanitary dead angle and is easy to clean. The kettle body is mirror-polished and meets the requirements of sanitary regulations. The jacketed kettle can be of a fixed structure or a tiltable structure, and the stirring device and the emulsifying device can be added according to customer requirements.
