The volume of foam is reduced and the density is increased, which is conducive to foam recycling and polyurethane foam landfill treatment.
The foam cold press is divided into EPS foam cold press and polyurethane cold press, which are respectively applicable to the recycling and treatment of EPS/EPP/EPE foam and refrigerator polyurethane foam. Polyurethane foam is denser than EPS/EPP/EPE foam, so polyurethane foam cold press is used for processing. The effective density compression ratio reaches 10-16:1, which is convenient for polyurethane foam landfill treatment. EPS/EPP/EPE foamed plastic is compressed by foam cooling machine, and its density increases, forming a square block, which is convenient for transportation and storage.
