The gantry type CNC flat drilling machine is the most widely used efficient automated drilling equipment in the field of flat drilling. It mainly consists of the machine bed and longitudinal slide, crossbeam and transverse slide, hydraulic feed drilling power head, workbench, hydraulic system, chip removal system, cooling system, and electric control system.
The machine bed and crossbeam are greatly improved in dynamic and static rigidity through optimized design, making equipment operation more stable and reliable. The workbench is divided into four processing areas, which can be used to load and unload workpieces while drilling. It can also be used to load and clamp workpieces in multiple areas simultaneously for drilling. CNC programming can be carried out to achieve fully automatic drilling.
