Process composition:

The mold can be changed according to the required shape, and the operation is simple. The twin screw extruder has a preheating function to reduce material loss.

4. Conveyor: This conveyor has an air blower and a belt elevator to transport the produced materials to a multi-layer drying equipment.

5. Multi layer oven: This oven is a mesh belt type multi layer circulating oven. Is there an oven available? Five meters on the third floor, five meters on the fifth floor? The temperature is automatically adjusted between room temperature and 2400 degrees through the control cabinet. The interior of the oven is made of stainless steel mesh belt, which ensures smooth transportation. The mesh belt adopts a double-sided chain with a low failure rate. The feed is dried through multiple cycles to the required moisture content, increasing its shelf life.

6.
