Integrated installation sequence of underground fire pool water pump:
1. The integrated set of water pumps for the buried fire pool is transported to the site, and the motor has been installed with the base. When leveling the base, it is not necessary to remove the water pump and motor.
2. Place the base on the foundation and place a wedge shaped pad iron near the foundation screw. Raise the base by about 20-40 millimeters and prepare to level it with water screw slurry.
3. Use a level gauge to check the levelness of the base, and after leveling, tighten the foundation nut and fill the base with cement slurry.
4. After 3-4 days of cement drying, check the flatness of the water again.
5. Wash and remove any dirt on the support surface of the base, water pump feet, and motor feet; And place the water pump and motor on the base.
6. Adjust the level of the pump shaft, tighten the nut appropriately after leveling to prevent movement, and install the motor after the adjustment is completed. Place an iron plate at the non level position, leaving a certain gap between the pump and the coupling.
7. Place a flat ruler on the coupling and check if the water pump axis line coincides with the motor axis line. If it is not heavy, place a thin sheet under the foot of the motor or pump to make the outer circles of the two couplings flush with the ruler. Then take out a few thin iron sheets of the pad. Replace the iron sheet with a whole piece of iron that has been planed. And recheck the installation situation.
