Use of buried fire pool equipment:
1. Choose a well ventilated, dust-free, and non humid area with an ambient humidity of -10 ℃ -40 ℃. Rain and lightning protection facilities should be installed outdoors.
2. For the convenience of equipment installation, a 70cm space should be left around the equipment, a 1.5m space should be left at the manhole, and drainage ditches should be set up on the surrounding ground.
3. After selecting the site, it is necessary to prepare the foundation, use concrete pouring or masonry to build the tank support seat. After the base is fully cured, lift the tank body and place it firmly, then install the accessories and connect the power supply.
4. Before the test run, the water supply valve should be closed first, and the condition of each sealing valve should be checked. No leakage is allowed. After driving, attention should be paid to the direction of the pump. When the pressure gauge pointer reaches the upper limit, the pump automatically stops. Open the water supply valve to provide normal water supply. If a timed water supply is required, turn the selector switch to the manual position.
5. The pump unit of this equipment should be inspected regularly, and lubricating oil should be added regularly. If water leakage is found in the centrifugal pump and check valve, the flange screws should be tightened in a timely manner or the asbestos root should be replaced. Check that the anchor bolts of the pump should not be loose to prevent damage to the machine.
6. The automatic control system of electrical appliances should be waterproof, dustproof, and regularly check the insulation of the circuit, whether the connecting bolts are loose, and whether the wires are intact. The outer part of the pressure gauge should be wrapped with transparent material to prevent damage.
7. If any paint peeling is found on the tank body, it should be painted in a timely manner to extend its service life.
