Corrosion resistant water supply equipment with BDF composite plate for buried fire water tank in Yiyang, Hunan
BDF water tank features:
1. Corrosion resistance: The inner layer of the composite plate is made of SUS304 food grade stainless steel, which has high corrosion resistance. The outer layer is made of hot-dip galvanized steel plate, and after installation, the finished product is coated with anti-corrosion paint, which has multiple corrosion resistance.
2. Strength: Galvanized steel plate has good internal and external pressure.
3. Ideal mechanical structure: From a mechanical perspective, the protruding part of the double water tank adopts a sphere.
4. No leakage: * * structural design, no welding combination on site. High strength, good sealing performance, preventing secondary pollution of water quality.
5. Easy construction: Users can propose any combination of length, width, and height of the water tank according to their design needs (standard plates are 1m * 1m, 1m * 0.5m). Explanation of Construction Plan for Buried Fire Water Tank
1. Earth excavation
Confirm the excavation sequence and slope - average excavation in sections and layers - trimming and bottom cleaning.
(1) Determination of slope:
The excavation slope of this project is determined based on the local soil conditions.
The outlet pipe, sewage pipe, inlet pipe and external pipeline of the pump station are connected by flanges.
3. Water test: After the installation of the pump station is completed, inject water for 24 hours.
4. Connect the dual power supply to the PAE dual power control cabinet.
The outer side of the 5 boxes is coated with epoxy coal blue roller coating, with a thickness of 2-3mm.
Six fasteners are coated with two layers of epoxy zinc rich primer and two layers of epoxy glass flake surface coating.
7. Pressure test: Manually start each water pump separately, with a pressure test pressure of 1.2 times the set pressure for 15 minutes. The pressure relief valve is set at 1.1 times the design pressure.
8 Grounding: All equipment must be grounded.
9. The covering soil is evenly compacted layer by layer every 500mm around the pump station, and the top plate is compacted using a frog or plate vibrating compactor with a depth of 1.0m.
