       ATP2001 is a miniature spectrometer developed on the basis of ATP2000, which adds refrigeration technology to the sensor, allowing the CCD to operate in a set temperature environment. It also has characteristics such as high reliability, ultra high speed, low cost, and high cost-effectiveness, and can be used for various environmental purposes such as online testing.

ATP2001 adopts a 2048 pixel cooled linear CCD, which adopts semiconductor refrigeration technology. As long as the external environment of the spectrometer is between -25 ° C and 40 ° C, the CCD can work in the set constant temperature environment (up to a minimum of 5o)C) As a result, ATP2001 has achieved ultra-high reliability, with measurement results not changing with environmental temperature. At the same time, the performance to noise ratio of ATP2001 has also been improved, which is twice that of ATP2000. ATP2001 can adapt to testing in the wavelength range of 200-1100nm,The exposure time of the CCD detector can be controlled within 1ms, and customers can accurately control the signal-to-noise ratio of the spectrometer.

       ATP2001 is an ideal choice for ultraviolet, visible and near-infrared spectral applications. There are different slits, gratings, mirrors and filters to choose from. You can configure spectrometers suitable for different applications according to your needs. The spectral range is from 200nm to 1050nm. The Spectral resolution can be selected from 0.5 to 4.0nm. ATP2001 can also provide OEM customers with customized choices.

ATP2001 can receive the measured light from the SMA905 interface fiber optic input or free space input, measure it according to the set integration time, and output the measurement results through USB2.0 (high-speed) or UART;
